Tea

Carpe Diem "Sparkling Stars" #10, Tea

inspiration from Haiku poet Yozakura (1640-1716)

deep silence
only the sound of boiling water
an empty cup

all alone
at the foot of Mt. Fuji -
tea and nothing else

in this tea house
the smell of cherry blossoms
scooping hot water

My Tea poems:

embracing teacup
whiffs of sweet raspberry
heat penetrates hands

tea-party with bears
taste of imagination
sipped with great pleasure
